Returns

We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and in its original condition.
• Returned in the original packaging.
• Accompanied by proof of purchase.

Certain items such as personalized products, clearance items, and gift cards are not eligible for return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We'll gladly send a replacement or issue a refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
